The data most commonly processed are: first name, last name, email address, and phone number.
We collect data directly from you — for example through online forms or email communication.
In some cases we may receive personal data of employees from the companies we work with, where this is necessary for the provision of training services. Data may be shared with:
Some of our IT service providers (e.g. hosting, email, CRM) may be located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In such cases, the transfer of data is carried out on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR), which ensure an adequate level of protection.
Further information about the safeguards applied is available on request at the email address indicated in section 1.
You have the right to:
Right to object to direct marketing: where we process your data for direct marketing purposes based on our legitimate interests, you have the right to object at any time — without giving reasons and without any negative consequences. Once an objection is raised, your data will no longer be processed for that purpose.
To exercise your rights, please contact us by email at: biuro@juliaszopa.com. We will respond without undue delay and in any event within one month of receiving your request. In particularly complex cases, the deadline may be extended by a further two months, of which we will inform you.
If you consider that the processing of your data infringes the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Poland: President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, www.uodo.gov.pl. In other EU/EEA countries, you may contact your local supervisory authority.
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract. For marketing purposes it is entirely voluntary. Failure to provide data may prevent the delivery of services or communication on organisational matters.
